•⁠  ⁠Currency: Euros can be withdrawn from local ATMs; check with your bank for card fees

•⁠  ⁠Internet: Activate international service with your U.S. phone carrier  

•⁠  ⁠Laundry: Available at hotels for an additional fee  

•⁠  ⁠Meals: Group meals are pre-planned; families may order directly with the hotel, if preferred, at their own expense.

All payments made toward the trip are *non-refundable*. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before booking.

An 80% refund of the commitment fee is available within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for any payments.
